Workshops developed after LTTA1 in Croatia

Students workshops
On March 24th, 6th grade students at Guernica Primary School participated in local workshops.
The students who participated in LTTA1 in Croatia (Aimar, Ricardo, Darío, Alejandro, Ainara, Aldara, and Ariadna) presented some of the workshops they had completed there to their classmates (a total of 53 students).
They began the session with a presentation of the activities carried out in Croatia and the experience lived there during the week.
They were then divided into three groups, each of which held the following workshops simultaneously in three different locations:
-
Video making with Pictory AI (Aitana, Darío, and Aimar),
-
The "AI saves the day" workshop (Aldara and Ricardo)
-
Magic School tools (Alejandro and Ariadna).
Approximately every 45 minutes, the students changed workshops until everyone had completed all the workshops.
The experience for the presenting students was exciting, as it was the first time they had done something like this. But, although they prepared well, not everything was so exciting: They encountered certain difficulties, such as tablets that wouldn't open apps, very talkative students who didn't pay much attention, insecurity in explanations, stage fright...
Even so, they managed to find a way to carry out the planned activities.
It was an amazing experience for all of them!!!
Teachers workshops
On March 24th, 24 teachers from Guernica Primary School attended workshops prepared by the Erasmus Coordinator and the teachers who participated in the LTTA1 program in Croatia.

They were divided into two groups: primary school teachers and preschool teachers. The primary school teachers explored different tools in the Magicschool AI app and conducted the "Spot the Imposter" workshop using different chatbots (Gemini, Copilot, chatGPT).
The preschool teachers used different AI apps to make music (Sunno) and edit images to create a story (Canva AI)

It was a very interesting day, and many of the teachers were interacting with AI applications for the first time, which they found truly impactful.

Workshops developed after LTTA2 in Spain

Students workshops
On October 8th, 2025, the local LTTA2 workshops were held with 53 sixth-grade students from CEIP Guernica.
The students took part in the workshop AI, Arts & Music, led by the eight students involved in the Erasmus mobilities (Sofía, Noa B, Noa A, Elena, Abril, Teo, Raúl y Alma). These students explained the entire process to their classmates and helped them complete the tasks. They worked in teams and followed the steps below:
-
Choose a painter (Banksy, Miró, Picasso, etc.) Search for images of their paintings
-
Use Microsoft Paint to create an original artwork inspired by the painting or a copy of it
-
Upload the created image file to an AI app (ARTGURU) and generate new images from it, experimenting with different prompts
-
Compare the original artwork with the AI-generated images
-
Use a chatbot (Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to generate the lyrics of a song based on the chosen painter
-
Create a song using those lyrics with the music app SUNO
At the end of the workshop, a critical reflection was carried out on the ethical use of AI applications in art and music.

Strengths:
-
High student motivation
-
Strong interest in the proposed activities
-
Learning to use new applications
-
Valuable reflections shared
Weaknesses:
-
Difficulties using laptops or desktop computers (mouse and keyboard)
-
Limited knowledge of the Windows environment
-
Challenges with registering for AI applications
-
Lack of time
Teachers workshops
On October 6th, 2025, local workshops corresponding to LTTA2 were held at CEIP Guernica in Madrid, Spain.
A total of 27 teachers attended, led by coordinator Raúl Martín and teacher Mayte Prieto.
The participants were divided into two groups, each engaging in a different workshop.

Workshop 1: Generating teaching content through AI
Through an educational video designed for the Primary Education level, teachers used various AI tools — such as chatbots (ChatGPT, Gemini), Canva AI, Narakeet, and Suno — to produce content that would be useful for their classroom activities.

Workshop 2: Teaching planning through AI
In this workshop, teachers learned to use AI to create, adapt, and enrich educational curricula and activities; optimize the time spent on administrative tasks through AI; and explore the use of AI for designing playful and personalized resources for preschool children.

These workshops not only provided hands-on experience with emerging technologies but also fostered collaboration and creativity among participants. By integrating AI into both content creation and lesson planning, educators were able to envision new ways of enhancing learning experiences, improving efficiency, and tailoring materials to meet the diverse needs of their students. The session concluded with an open discussion, where teachers shared insights, raised questions, and proposed future initiatives to continue embedding AI in their teaching practice.
