Workpackage contents

Work Package 1.  Project management

Objective:

Establishing criteria, tools and procedures for monitoring and evaluating the project process and project outcomes.

1. Five transnational meetings (online and onsite)

  •  At the begining and end of each school year

  • Making and monitoring project's Quality Assurance Plan and quality criteria

  • Developing rubrics and planning assessment of each individual LTTA

  • Planning assessment of LS

  • Assessing the results by piloting in 12 schools 

  • Planning and executing assesmet of MOOC´s

2.  detailed Quality assurance plan that will include:      

  • Dissemination plan                      

  • Budget monitoring/control plan   

  • Evaluation plan

Work Package 2.  AI Toolkit development

Objective:

Equip all participants with knowledge to implement activities with ETHICAL, SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS OF AI and AI SAFETY

1. 12 workshops for students

 

Upon return to each schools students with the help of teachers will organize a workshop on different AI tools for their peers(mentoring approach,peer-to-peer approach) and for the younger students (vertical peer approach).

2. LTTA 1  CROATIA- Why AI?History and future of AI? 

7 workshops and 2 lectures.

  • Why AI

  • What is AI

  • History of AI

  • basic principles of AI

  • fears and misconceptions

  • AI in language classes, storytelling, 

  • AI chatbots in education - can it help teachers

  • Pedagogical approach to using AI

3. LTTA 2 SPAIN- Can AI generate Art, help the environment and help me learn easier? 

7 workshops,2 lectures:

  • AI support to teacher productivity and assessment

4. AI Toolkit Content creation (Learning scenarios, infographics, games)

         

  • Toolkit with 20 Learning scenarios and accompanying tools(games, worksheets, rubrics, tutorials)

  • Shared material from training courses (infographics, presentations)

  • Ideas/tutorials for using 10 different AI apps in education

  1. Toolkit for AI Literacy

  2. Learning scenarios for students 4-8 y.o. with accompanying material

  3. Learning scenarios for students 9-13 y.o. with accompanying material

Work Package 3.  AI e-Hub & MOOC´s development

Objective:

Contribute to ENRICHING AND SUSTAINABLE LEARNING EXPERIENCE with personalised learning, hands-on activities, reflective practices, and feedback, IDENTIFY, DIFFERENTIATE, and DEMONSTRATE AI concepts, principles, and applications; DEVELOP self-expression and create content using AI in a safe, ethical way

  • AI tools to decrease carbon footprint

  • Sustainability vs. AI

4. Content creation (AI e-HUB, MOOC1, MOOC2, Audio-visual material)

  • MOOC 2 - Using AI in learning (for students)

  • Tutorials for using 10 different AI apps

  • Digital content - videos, infographics, digital stories, comics, interactive images to accompany the MOOCs

Work Package 4.  Dissemination & sustainability

Objective:

APPLY a PROACTIVE APPROACH, a clear vision, and sustained support to the educational process, long-term SUSTAINABILITY of the RESULTS and ENSURE that project outputs reach target groups

2. Local LTTA for teachers

24 workshops for teachers-upon return to each school teachers will organize  workshops on different AI tools they learned on LTTA and share knowledge and skills with all interested teachers

Invaluable feedback about the results - beta testing of learning scenarios and MOOCs in minimum of 12 schools with thorough assessment and further improvements where needed
