1st. Transnational Meeting

The first transnational meeting in Dublin was a significant success, bringing together participants from Ireland, Croatia, France, Portugal, and Spain. The main focus was to establish a clear direction for the project, allocate tasks, and ensure a shared vision for achieving impactful outcomes. While the agenda included some cultural activities to foster team spirit, the core objective was to solidify collaboration and set the groundwork for future efforts.

Collaborative atmosphere
The meeting was marked by a positive and collaborative atmosphere, with participants quickly building meaningful connections and friendships. The informal interactions during meals, walks, and cultural excursions allowed team members to bond beyond their professional roles, fostering a sense of unity and mutual support that will be crucial for the project's success.

Project management
The discussion, led by the project coordinator Danijela Takac, laid the foundation for effective project management. Roles, timelines, and responsibilities were clearly defined, ensuring that all partners understand their contributions and the project’s overall structure
Development of AI Learning Scenarios
A significant portion of the discussions focused on how we can inform and educate students and teachers on what AI is, the history of AI, and the mechanical workings of AI as well as some AI-based educational tools we could use to further enhance our project and achieve the optimum results. Invaluable insights were gained from the session with Dr. Keith Quille at Technological University Dublin and his expert guidence helped refine our approach. Participants exchanged ideas on how to develop user-friendly scenarios that can be adapted across various educational systems, solidifying a shared vision for this work package.
Media Content, Tutorials, and MOOCs
Plans for creating engaging and accessible educational content were outlined. The team discussed strategies to make tutorials and online courses more effective, ensuring they are versatile and easily integrated into diverse educational contexts.
Dissemination and Sustainability
Discussions on how to effectively promote the project’s outcomes and ensure long-term sustainability were productive. Partners emphasised building strong networks and using diverse channels to maximise outreach and impact.

At Technological University Dublin, Dr. Keith Quille delivered an informative session on AI learning technologies. His expertise guided participants in refining their ideas on integrating AI tools into educational content, his guidance and critical thinking approach to AI will go a long way in helping to set a clear direction for future developmen.
Beyond structured meetings, the social activities played a key role in strengthening relationships. Shared experiences, from dinners at local spots like The Gravediggers and The Washerwoman to exploring Dublin’s cultural landmarks, fostered a sense of camaraderie and trust among participants. These connections are expected to enhance collaboration as the project progresses.

The transnational meeting in Dublin successfully set a solid foundation for the project's future. Through focused discussions, expert insights, and meaningful team interactions, participants aligned on a clear path forward. The strong connections formed during the weekend have built a robust team spirit, which will be essential as the project advances.
